Privacy policy

RevCoup ("we", "us") builds AI phone agents for home service contractors. This policy covers revcoup.ai, the RevCoup dashboard, and the AI agent that answers calls on behalf of our customers. Questions? Email hello@revcoup.ai.

When you use the ROI calculator, submit the contact form, or complete the setup wizard, we store what you give us: your name, company, trade, cell number, email, the numbers you entered into the calculator, and — during setup — your service ZIP codes, business hours, escalation contacts, and average job values.

We use it for one thing: to contact you about RevCoup and to configure your agent. We do not sell it. We do not rent it. We do not share it with anyone outside the vendors listed below.

The consent checkbox on our forms is real. By checking it you agree we may contact you by phone, SMS, and email about RevCoup. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of SMS, or email us to be removed entirely. We record the consent and the timestamp with your submission.

RevCoup answers phone calls with an artificial intelligence agent, not a person. Callers are told they are speaking with an automated assistant at the start of the call.

Calls handled by RevCoup may be recorded and transcribed so the contractor can review the job details, and so we can improve accuracy. Recordings and transcripts are visible to the contractor whose number was called and to RevCoup staff for support and quality purposes. Call recording laws differ by state — our customers are responsible for making sure recording is permitted and disclosed where they operate, and we provide the disclosure prompt to help.

Callers who do not want to speak with an AI agent or be recorded can ask to be transferred or call back during staffed hours.

We use third parties to run the product: cloud hosting and database services, telephony providers to place and receive calls, AI model providers to power the agent, and email delivery services for notifications. They process data only to provide their service to us.

If advertising measurement is enabled on this site, we may load the Meta Pixel to record page views and form submissions so we can measure our ads. It does not receive your call recordings or transcripts. Browser-level ad and tracker blocking works normally here.

Lead submissions are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterward. Account configuration and call records are kept for the life of the account. Ask us to delete your data and we will, except where we are required to keep records.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion at hello@revcoup.ai. We respond to requests within 30 days.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, for customers, tell you directly.
