Terms of service

RevCoup provides an AI phone agent that answers calls for your business, qualifies the job, escalates emergencies to your team, and reports what it recovered. You pay a monthly subscription. There is no long-term contract and you can cancel any time.

When you complete setup on this site you are asking us to build and provision an agent for you. Selecting a plan at checkout records your choice — it does not charge you. You are not billed until your agent is live and your number is provisioned, which normally takes 48 hours. We send your payment link at that point.

Subscriptions bill monthly in advance once your agent is live. Cancel before your next renewal and you won't be billed again; we do not prorate a partial month. Prices can change with 30 days' notice.

The agent is software. It is very good at answering, qualifying, and routing calls, and it will sometimes be wrong. It is not a licensed tradesperson, it does not give binding quotes, and it does not replace emergency services. You are responsible for reviewing the jobs it books and for the work you perform.

Estimated values shown in your dashboard and reports are calculated from the job values you configure. They are an estimate of opportunity, not a guarantee of revenue.

Calls to your RevCoup number may be recorded and transcribed. Recording and consent laws vary by state. You are responsible for ensuring recording is lawful where you and your callers are located and for keeping the AI-agent and recording disclosures enabled on your line.

By submitting a form here you confirm the phone number and email are yours or that you are authorized to use them, and you agree we may contact you by phone, SMS, and email. You can opt out at any time.

Don't use RevCoup for unlawful calling, robocalling, harassment, or any purpose that would violate telecom regulations. Don't try to break, resell, or reverse engineer the service. We can suspend accounts that do.

Your account configuration, call records, and recordings belong to you. We use them to run the service as described in our privacy policy. Ask for an export or a deletion and you'll get it.

RevCoup is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
